Whereas, it is not economically feasible to adequately improve the existing groundwater source; 3. Whereas Watford City has concerns about the long term costs associated with necessary improvements, upgrades and maintenance of Watford City's water treatment infrastructure in order to maintain an adequate water supply; 4.
