County Measure 1: Shall the County of Towner, State of North Dakota, levy 5 additional mills under levy #1212 on the net taxable valuation of all properties in the county for costs involved with federal aid & farm-to-market roads in Towner County? This mill levy to have an effective date of January 1, 2011 which are placed on the 2010 valuations. Currently 10 mills being assessed does not cover the costs of maintenance and repair of federal aid & farm-to-market roads. The money received from the levy set out in County Measure No. 1 is to be used for construction, maintenance, graveling, and match on designated federal aid and farm-to-market roads. Shall said measure be approved? Towner
