County Measure 1: Shall the County of Benson, State of North Dakota, levy 10 additional mills under levy #1212 on the net taxable valuation of all properties in the county for costs involved with federal aid & farm-to-market roads in Benson County? This mill levy to have an effective date of August 1, 2010. Currently 5 mills being assessed does not cover the costs of maintenance and repair of federal aid & farm-to-market roads. The money received from the levy set out in County Measure No. 1 is to be used for construction, maintenance, graveling and match on designated federal aid and farm-to-market roads.
