City of Wilton Sales Tax Measure: Shall the home rule charter of the City of Wilton be amended to: (a) increase the allowable city sales and use tax from one percent to two percent, (b) increase the maximum tax on any transaction from $25 to $50, and (c) provide that the increase in the sales and use tax be dedicated at the rate of 50% to the 2007-1 and 2007-2 street projects and 50% to other special projects within the City of Wilton until those street projects are paid off and, thereafter, 100% being dedicated to other special projects within the City of Wilton?
